The first open workout was 7 minutes of As Many Burpees As Possible.

That was the hard part.

Eighty reps.

Breakfast

  • Banana nut pancakes

Lunch

  • Eggplant lasagna

Dinner

  • Chicken, cauliflower, and asparagus.
